G11 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services on the g11 platform. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by g11 through https://g11.biz or any associated mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the g11 platform immediately. g11 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.
Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User Eligibility
To register and use the g11 platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age for participating in gambling activities under Malaysian law. g11 is not liable if any user provides false information regarding their age during registration.
One Account Per User
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the g11 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without any refund of balances.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. g11 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact g11 support immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a g11 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:
- Not using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to access another user's account, the platform's internal systems, or any confidential information without authorisation.
- Not using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Not sharing, selling access to, or transferring ownership of your account to any other party under any circumstances.
- Not using abusive, threatening, or harassing language when interacting through any customer support channel.
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the identity verification process when required.
G11 reserves the right to take action against any account found to be in violation of the above rules, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
Official Currency
All transactions on the g11 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). g11 does not accept foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion that occurs is the responsibility of the user and their payment provider.
Deposit Methods
G11 supports a range of deposit methods including local bank transfers and supported digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's account verification level. These limits are subject to change at g11's discretion.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with established identity verification procedures. g11 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method and the account's verification status. g11 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Transaction Verification
All completed transactions are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. g11 reserves the right to void or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud, system error, or a breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
G11 Limitation of Liability
The g11 platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability. g11 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or system failures.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the g11 platform are the exclusive property of g11 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from g11.
Third-Party Links & Services
G11 may utilise third-party services or payment providers. g11 is not responsible for the policies, practices, or content of such third parties. Users are advised to read and understand the relevant third-party terms of service before use.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
G11 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requests, or at g11's sole discretion. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, g11 reserves the right to withhold or freeze the account balance pending investigation.
Changes to These Terms
G11 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through goodwill discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. By using the g11 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any related claims.
